These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Signature Tow Support, operated by Whatif Multimedia Productions, Inc. ("we," "us"), including our AI dispatch service, the Text2Tow request line, and our websites signaturetow.com and text2tow.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Signature Tow Support provides an AI-powered call answering and dispatch service for towing and roadside businesses, and connects motorists who request roadside help with participating providers. We are a communications and dispatch technology provider; tow and roadside services themselves are performed by the towing company you engage.

SMS / text messaging program terms

Program: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Signature Tow Support and Text2Tow related to the service you subscribed to or requested — including job alerts, booking confirmations, and status updates.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and service usage.
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
For help, reply HELP or contact us at (470) 946-7869.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Your mobile opt-in information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Payment & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and future service. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send prohibited content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate service for violations.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or that a tow will arrive within any specific time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
